Every year on 13th November, people around the world celebrate World Kindness Day, a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a huge impact on our happiness, health, and sense of connection.

At Énergie Fitness, we believe that kindness doesn’t just belong in the outside world - it thrives right here in our gyms. Whether it’s a friendly smile at reception, a “you’ve got this” mid-workout, or helping a member re-rack their weights, kindness builds the kind of community that makes every workout a little brighter.

What Is World Kindness Day?
World Kindness Day began in 1998 to promote positivity, empathy, and understanding across the globe. It’s all about celebrating the good in people, reminding us that kindness is powerful, contagious, and essential for our collective wellbeing.

This year, we’re shining a spotlight on how kindness, community, and wellbeing are deeply connected - especially when it comes to fitness and mental health.

How Kindness Boosts Your Wellbeing
